At Printefy.in, we take pride in delivering your customized products with care and efficiency. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

• All custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your design/photo and payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• For bulk or highly customized orders, processing time may be extended. In such cases, our team will keep you informed.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Once processed, orders are shipped via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post.
• Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
  • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to festivals, natural delays, or courier partner issues.

Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges & COD Policy

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected pincodes, based on the availability of our delivery partners.
• If COD is not available at your location, you will be prompted to choose a prepaid payment method during checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking number and courier details.
• You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unreachable at the time of delivery
• Weather conditions or government restrictions
• Courier partner delays

• Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
• Since these are custom-made products, cancellations after dispatch are not accepted.
