Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

Account Registration and Security: To place orders, users may need to register an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and must inform us immediately in case of any unauthorized account access.

Pricing and Taxes: Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Additional charges such as shipping or handling, if any, will be displayed at checkout. 

Payment Policy: Payments must be completed at checkout via approved methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Printefy reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion. 

Payments are processed through secure gateways. We do not store any sensitive payment information. In case of declined payments, Printefy holds no responsibility for any resulting inconvenience. 

In the event legal action is necessary to enforce these terms, the customer agrees to cover reasonable legal fees and associated costs. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy: We ship across India using trusted third-party couriers. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days for metro areas and up to 14 business days for remote locations. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen factors. 

We will provide a replacement if a product is damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. The replacement process may take an additional 5–7 business days. Misuse of this policy will result in legal consequences.
