All uploaded content is deleted from our servers after 14 days. If you wish to reorder, you must re-upload the content. 

Account Information: You can modify or delete your account info anytime through the Printefy dashboard. Changes will be confirmed via email. 

Opt-out: To unsubscribe from our communications, contact help@printefy.in with your full name and email. Processing may take 6–8 weeks. 

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If such data is found, it will be promptly deleted.

Review Policy: You may post reviews or photos of your orders. By doing so, you grant us permission to use that content for promotional purposes. 

Referral Program: Refer friends using your unique link: - Referee gets ₹75 off on registration and first order - Referrer receives ₹100 in Printefy wallet once the referee’s order is completed 

All participants must be new users. Fraudulent activity will lead to disqualification. 

Offers and Discounts: Cashback is credited to your Printefy wallet (not bank account) within 24 hours post-delivery. It must be used within 1 year or it will expire. All offers are subject to change without prior notice. 

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access for violating our terms. 

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Printefy for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from your misuse of the website or breach of these terms. 

Force Majeure: Printefy is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
