Returns & Refund Policy
At Printefy.in, we strive to ensure every customized product meets your expectations. Each item is made specially for you — with your chosen photos, text, and designs — so we take great care in maintaining quality at every step. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
• Since our products are custom-made as per your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been printed or dispatched.
• Returns are only accepted in the following exceptional cases:

You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

There is a major printing error or quality issue caused by our team
• If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
Refund Process
• Once your return request is approved after verification, we will issue either:

A replacement (preferred) — same product reprinted and shipped at no extra cost

Or a full refund to your original payment method (in eligible cases)
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your account details securely.
How to Report a Return/Issue
To raise a return or refund request:

Include your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos showing the defect or wrong item.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
• Minor color or size variations (as colors may slightly differ due to screen settings)
• Customer-uploaded design errors (e.g., low-resolution photos, spelling mistakes)
• Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
• Orders where the customer fails to provide correct address or contact details
